Earlier on in the month, the BSCL team had their annual ISO9001 Quality audit. The audit was carried out by the BSI organisation, and was a three-year certification audit ensuring that we maintain the ISO9001 Quality certificate for the next three years.
The team were successful and completed the audit with no non-conformances or observations. It was also expressed by the BSI auditor that the team had not received any non-conformances or observations in the previous three years of audits, something which was unheard of and is a great accomplishment, and a testament to how well the company is run.
